Nobel Peace Film Course
at Duke University

This course highlights seven Nobel Peace Laureates biographical documentaries and their worldwide peace initiatives. This course will increase awareness of global peace initiatives, build cross-cultural understanding, and engage students to become ambassadors of peace in their own community.

Participants engage in a special Q & A with award-winning Nobel Legacy Film Director Dawn Gifford Engle,  The Nobel Legacy Film Series documentaries premier annually at the Monte Carlo Festival and have won hundreds of international awards including Best Picture and Best Documentary.
